Abstract:

The article is dedicated to the improvement of the investment activities mechanism of development of the Arctic shelf of Russia. It considers the problems of state control of the subsoil use in a competitive environment. The authors reveal the main investment risks of the development of perspective hydrocarbon deposits in the extreme conditions of the Arctic.
