Abstract:

The paper is a study of the interrelation between consumer loyalty and customer satisfaction and consumer involvement in the purchasing process. The writers suggest their own pattern of customer satisfaction assessment, which will allow us to reveal the causes of loyalty and improve the product features that are significant for the consumer.
