Abstract:

The article deals with the mechanism to overcome the imbalances in the development of spatially localized economic systems (SLES) in the region. The author examines the mechanism from a position of strategic goals of the SLES interaction, the need for conversion of external and internal relationships in the industry, stimulating the development of new businesses, etc. A particular attention is paid to the situation in the Republic of Tatarstan.
