Abstract:
The article examines the recent trends in corporate management in Western countries, developing countries and Russia, formed before the crisis as well as the ones developed after it. A particular attention is paid to the issues such as strengthening the role of independent directors on the boards of companies, personnel
policy, lack of qualified staff, poor focus on core competencies, etc.
