Abstract:
The article considers the main aspects of forming and revising the system of monetary motivation of the staff. The study of this problem is caused by a lack of theoretical propositions related to the transformation mechanism of one system of monetary incentives to another one when there is a change in external environment and at different stages of management development in a financial institution. According to the author, it is one of the key tools towards creating an effective management system.
