The article discusses special features of introducing a social support system for the employees of railway transport and Rossiyskie Zheleznye Dorogi (Russian Railways) OJSC, in particular. When forming a corporate structure, one should consider nearly centennial traditions of Russian railwaymen, however, in the process of corporate development it is necessary to optimize the social spending.
