Abstract:

The article examines the conceptual model (in terms of functional modules and data flows) of the management system, based on key performance indicators. Such management system is positioned as part of integrated support system of corporate management and strategic management. The author considers the major classes of information systems, that can serve as a tool for the practical application of such a system.
