Abstract:

In the modern economy, intellectual capital and its components form a strategic competitive advantages, which have an impact on increasing the value of the company. Effective development of intellectual capital is only possible with the simultaneous development of its three species: human, institutional and capital relations, because only in combination they create a synergistic effect, leading to an increase in company value.
