Abstract:

The status and dynamics of the development of human capital in Russia are analyzed, the key trends and interrelations of the level of human capital development with the main socio-economic indicators are identified. A comparative study of the development of human capital in Russia and abroad is presented. Certain approaches to improve the quality of human capital in Russia, improve management mechanisms in modern conditions are formulated.
