Abstract:

The main problem of creation of effective models of business management by values is in the field of studying and harmonization of personal value systems of all business owners and major leaders. The solution of this problem provides creation of a sustainable corporate system of values. The author proposes an effective method of questionnaire survey based on Maslow»s hierarchy of needs, which allows to formalize the systems of values and ensure their harmonization in the form of the coefficient of group cohesion.
