Abstract:

The article dwells on the problem of feasibility of implementation of educational outsourcing for innovative development intensification at modern companies (in particular, for intensification of their intellectual capital) and also on the problem of formation of organisational knowledge. Identifying the competences of different categories of the company employees necessary for ensuring such development allows to formulate the requirements to the outsourcing company.
