Abstract:

It is proved that the system of rating schools should be based on an assessment of the possibility of studying to be claimed on the future of the labor market. A scheme of rating , based on evaluation of key performance indicators that measure the degree of achievement of the highest possible value in the given set of universities. The essence of the strategic potential of the university as a set of human and material resources , ensuring the achievement of socially important scientific and educational purposes ,supported image and its place in the rankings.
