Abstract:

The authors analyzed the existing methodology for assessing the potential of universities, studied the existing approaches to identifying the effectiveness of the innovation infrastructure of educational institutions individually. The technique, which includes a set of indicators and assessment profiles is proposed. In addition, an algorithm for estimation of the potential of the university, serving as the methodological basis for the application of this instrument, is presented.
