Abstract:

The paper presents a comparative analysis of the results of a sociological study conducted by the Foundation named after F. Ebert in Kazakhstan and the research of the authors of this article in Russia, describing the similarities and differences of mental models of future managers, born and bred in the post-Soviet space, and who will determine the direction of development in a certain period of time.
