Abstract:

The analysis of quantitative and qualitative results of the transformation of the village gives grounds to speak about the unacceptability of liberal agro-industrial policy for Russia not only in material and economic, but also in civilizational, social, historical, cultural, spiritual, moral and mental aspects. This is evidenced by the state, dynamics and problems of social development of the village in the conditions of market modernization of the agro-industrial complex. It is expressed primarily through the dynamics of its social sphere. \"Social sphere\" is derived from the\" sphere of society\", which refers to a certain area of life of people associated with the implementation of certain social functions.
