Abstract:

The article discusses the economic, legal and technological aspects of wages regulation in the implementation of the digital agenda of the EAEU. On the basis of a comparative legal analysis of national labor laws, the features of regulation of wages in the EAEU member states are given. With the development of blockchain technology and smart contracts the possibilities of their use in the mechanism of wage regulation, as well as ways to improve methods of the labour sphere regulation in terms of establishing a digital single labour market of the EAEU are investigated.
