Abstract:

The article presents the results of studies on the impact of the mission of company on its efficiency, activity and innovative potential. This topic is relevant as it is connected with the increasing role of social capital in the modern innovation economy. The importance of the mission follows from the thesis that the desire to identify oneself with society, team is one of the most important human’s motivations. In such a way, the mission and values ​​(the main purpose of the business according to the public benefit ) define the involvement in the labor process . Furthermore, the degree of comprehension of actions determines the job satisfaction. One drew a conclusion about the importance of the choice of the mission of company and its values ​​ for the growth of its cost and increasing the investments in research and elaborating.
