Abstract:

The formation and development of digitalization in import-substituting industrial production is an important issue not only from a theoretical but also from a practical point of view in connection with the emergence and development of the high role of digital technologies in the formation of strategic competitiveness of the country. The key problem of mechanisms of implementation of strategies of import-substituting industrial enterprises in the conditions of digitalization is to ensure the effectiveness of digital technologies and strengthen their positive impact on economic growth and socio-economic development of countries. The purpose of the study is to propose mechanisms for the implementation of import-substituting production strategies that contribute to the positive effects of digitalization. To achieve this goal, the authors set the objectives of the study. They are as follows: to analyze the experience of implementing strategies at the country level in comparison with foreign countries; to study the strategies of import-substituting industrial enterprises; to develop recommendations for improving existing strategies and mechanisms for the implementation of import-substituting industrial enterprises. In the study, along with general scientific methods, the method of content analysis of official websites and corporate reporting of import-substituting enterprises was used. The result of the study is the formation of a list of recommendations for improving digitalization strategies. A distinctive feature is the consideration of mechanisms for the implementation of strategies of digitalization of import-substituting industrial production. "Power exchange", collaboration, clustering, and digital profile of the citizen are proposed for wide use.
