Abstract:

The article is devoted to the study of the Kaizen tool for the involvement of staff in the processes development in Russian industrial enterprises. The purpose of the chapter is to analyze the practical use of Kaizen from the point of view of continuous improvement and obtaining benefits for the company and the employees themselves. The system of personnel management is investigated as a key factor of production, its transformation in modern conditions. Based on the use of the case study method, the experience of large and medium-sized companies that have implemented Kaizen or are at the stage of its implementation, achieved results and related problems has been studied. As a result, conclusions were drawn about the peculiarities of Russian kaizen systems and the prospects for their development.
