Issues in the field of social and labour relations take a central place in any country. For the successful formation of social partnership system in Russia should study the positive experience of other countries in this matter. In this regard, the author proposes to study the features of formation and regulation model in Sweden. The study examined the interaction between social partners and the principles of operation of the system. The study identified the main factors ensuring the positive experience of Sweden in the regulation of social-labour relations.
