Abstract:

The article deals with the features of personnel motivation in industrial enterprises, the definition of human capital, the causes of "social laziness" of employees of large enterprises. The most common systems of remuneration at industrial enterprises are given. Tasks to be solved in the development of the remuneration system at the industrial enterprise. The classification of premium systems used in industrial enterprises is given. Requirements for premium systems used in industrial plants. Measures envisaged in the system of motivation and stimulation of a large industrial enterprise. Principles for the establishment of an incentive allowance for labour regulation. Awarding of executives in industrial enterprises.
