The article considers the issues of application of innovative mechanisms in the system of training and improvement of labour resources of the organization. It discloses the main problems of the application of such mechanisms for major business entities. The positive experience of implementation of practice-oriented approaches to the management of the resource capacity of the organization, including human resources for example, JSC "Energy". Disclosed economic and social aspects of forming a new quality of human resources of JSC "Energy" and shows their influence on the performance of the organization on the basis of which conclusions about the possibility of replicating this experience in other major business entities, focusing on innovative aspects of development.
