Abstract:

The article deals with the issues related to the processes of professionalization of young people and the analysis of their impact on the personnel potential of the Omsk region. It is determined that the youth is both promising and actual part of the personnel potential of the region. It is revealed that professionalization is a complex process of personality formation as a professional and includes three main stages. The article considers professionalization as a factor of formation and development of personnel potential of the region, as it is at the stage of choosing a profession by an individual, as well as in the process of mastering the norms and rules of the profession that the basis of personnel potential of the region is formed, which will be in demand for the next few decades. Analyzed and classified factors affecting the process of professionalization, identified problems in the field of professionalization of youth. It is determined that the process of professionalization requires system management at all stages of its implementation. The activities that need to be implemented in the development of personnel policy of the region in terms of the professionalization of youth are substantiated.
