Abstract:

The article presents a marketing analysis of the market opportunities of the business project of production and wholesale trade by the method of Due Diligence. A brief description of the content of the business project of the enterprise, characteristics and analysis of the Russian market of steel pipes, the general forecast of the main trends of its development are given. The features of implementation of marketing activities of the company, including marketing channels. Based on the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the production company, the need to develop a measurable strategy for the development of the enterprise, the formation and development of sustainable contacts with potential customers are described. During the study, a detailed portrait of the core and the main groups of consumers of the organization's products as part of its target audience is made. The general prospects and opportunities of the company, as well as recommendations for their improvement, are briefly defined.
