Abstract:

The authors developed an innovation management theory, suggesting a model of innovation process organization in high-tech sector. A theoretical innovation process paradigm based on integrated model that concerns actual institutional features of high-tech sector and its driving factors – a system of fundamental knowledge – is represented.
