Abstract:

The article considers specific technologies of self-regulation in activity of professors at technical universities. We show the practical application of self-regulation resources in the interaction between teacher and students at difficult stages of University education. We describe self-regulation technologies in mental health and prevention of emotional burnout of a teacher. The article suggests the options for the application of cognitive self-regulation in stimulation of motivation and realization of the intellectual potential of students.

• Teacher is responsible for his psychological state.
• Application of self-regulation technology allows maintaining the teacher's psychosomatic health.
• Teacher’s self-regulation helps to preserve the motivation of students for professional training and helps to prevent emotional burnout in teachers.
