Abstract:

Additive technologies (3D printing), engaged in the production of products layer-by-layer capacity, are now widely used in various spheres of economic activity, including the production of food. The article discusses the features of 3D printing, its application in the food industry, the needs of consumers who form the target market segments, directions of development and the main shortcomings in Russia.
