Abstract:

Article considers specifics of existent business guidelines of pharmaceutical manufacturers (development of innovative medicines and copying of borrowed developments). The concept of approach adopted to conditions of functioning of modern pharmaceutical manufactures of medium level in terms of Russia incoming to WTO and in terms of corresponded changes in legislation.
