Abstract:

The article presents some approaches to improving the effectiveness of management systems of large Russian joint stock companies, which were developed based on the results of the research conducted at UIC OBORONPROM, JSC, and the proposals for further promotion of these approaches. The presented materials can be useful to company directors, top managers, and researchers studying the issues of improving the effectiveness of industrial corporations by using a cognitive approach to joint stock company management based on the active use of corporate knowledge in companies’ production processes.
