Duizen Ekaterina – (Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law)
The article discusses the efficiency of work methods of expert groups and methods for the formation thereof. The considered algorithm of expert evaluation allows to state that the formation of an expert group is a labor-intensive, complex and multi-staged process. At that, no unified regulations for the expert group work have been developed so far. To improve the efficiency of expert work it has been proposed to use the job candidate competence coefficient and the coefficient of the stability of his work. The considered approach enables to formalize the processes of collection, analysis and processing of expert opinions with subsequent translation of the obtained information into a form more convenient and practical. However, this method is not a substitute for the quantitative analysis, but rather a supplement to more precise methods.
