Abstract:

In this article, the authors review the method of the key performance indicators that is new for our state, i.e. the implementation and usage of this method in the system of the Russian state administration. The background for implementation of this approach, its main features, purposes of implementation, and tasks of the public authority assessment are discussed. The decisions of state authorities are described due to which this method is actively implemented in different fields of public administration.
