Abstract:

the building industry, the development of the outer segments of the global market, image improvement of the construction companies. It is connected with the absence of mechanism of using integrated marketing technologies for the promotion results of their innovations on the market as it is very costly without the involvement of external companies which specialize in providing marketing services. The author analyzes situations and justify the decisions in such situations as: if a company sets a task to maximize income, optimize costs, create a respectful image, it needs in practice to implement technologies of integrated marketing communications. It is shown that in cases when a commercial entity is not able to estimate a target segment when opening up new geographical markets, the company has to outsource marketing services. The author offers the structural model of cooperation of participants of outsourcing marketing services. In a logical sequence it is presented the specifics of marketing in the sphere of entrepreneurship, types of outsourcing services with the illustration of outsourcing model of marketing services and its basic blocks. In the result of researches the author identified the main tasks of mechanism in cooperation of construction companies and suppliers of marketing services for outsourcing and it is shown that with an aim of increasing marketing stability and creation of respectful image, participants of marketing turnover have to consider and use in practice modern conceptions of marketing not only for maximum account of clients’ requests but for effective realization of varied logistics processes.
