Abstract:

Today the specificity of provision and consumption of medical services becomes more and more prominent; the foregoing process can be defined as medical tourism. The present article dwells upon the sphere of medical industry and hospitality tied into a single market system with developed infrastructure that includes not only health facilities, but also a variety of business sectors – insurance, banking, legal assistance, transportation, and communication. The globalization has effaced the boundaries for provision of medical services in different countries; speed, quality and comfort are coming to the fore.
