Abstract:

The article overviews specific features of the remuneration system of the main producers of chrysotile asbestos abroad. The author compares them with the situation in Kazakhstan, where there are still remuneration ways and incentives that were used in the Soviet Union. The objective of the given research is to find the optimal system of remuneration for Kazakh employees of the asbestos mining industry.
