Abstract:

The author suggests a concept of complex marketing project management of residential real estate construction known as 4P+9M. The key idea behind this concept is to find the interdependence between the elements of the marketing program and the knowledge areas of project management. The concept considers multidisciplinary and unique nature of project activities and,according to the author, its practical implementation by domestic developers can give good results.
