Abstract:

In the era of intense competition, almost every head of an industrial enterprise makes decisions on how to ensure and maintain the achieved level of competitiveness of the enterprise. Analyzing the trends that are taking place in our country, we can conclude that the management of organizations pay more and more attention to such innovative process as self-development of industrial enterprises. It explains the relevance of this article. On the basis of the study, the authors clarified the concept of "self-development of industrial enterprises" and developed a mechanism for self-development of industrial enterprises. Revealing the essence of the proposed mechanism, the authors not only consider in detail the mechanism itself, but also explain the content of internal self-developing tools that are an integral part of the mechanism itself.
