Abstract:

Currently, one of the reserves to improve the financial and economic performance of industrial enterprises is the qualification and professional potential of the workforce. Its management and effective use is impossible without the organization of a rational wage system that takes into account the interests of employees and employers. The article deals with the methodological aspects of the organization of remuneration and the impact of its elements on the management process in industrial enterprises. The analysis of the differentiation of wages by economic activity and the need to increase wages in the domestic industry, creating means of production for other areas, is conducted. A set of measures in the field of regulation of wages in industrial enterprises, aimed at changes in the management system and to increase the motivation of staff to achieve sustainable growth in the future, is given.
