Abstract:

This article examines the legal aspect of the issue associated with the avoidance of the credit organization to enter into a public contract of bank deposit. The author holds the idea that failure to execute and observe such contract affects the property interests of the considerable part of savers (depositors). A variant to fill the gap in the existing legislation by amending the Civil Code, adding to it the rules compelling to execute and observe real contract, is proposed.
