The article examines a multi-factorial modular model consisting of subjective and objective factors that influence labour productivity. Three modules of this model are: 1) factors of fixed capital, 2) socio-economic factors and 3) organizational factors. On the basis of the given multi-factor modular model for the purpose of increasing labour productivity the author proposes to form a motivational mechanism that takes into account interests of employees, employers and the state.
