Abstract:
Residents of the Primorsky Region are not always satisfied with their tours within the country and to neighboring China. Systematizing the negative consumer assessments of travel products, the author considers the efforts to eliminate the sources of the negative reaction as a way to increase the competitiveness of travel products in the region.
