Abstract:

The dynamic change of the market in Russia actualizes the task of finding methods, developing mechanisms for effectively combining market self-regulation and regulating the state. Predicting structural changes in general in the economy of the country and the activities of business entities it is possible to restore the destroyed economic, industrial relations, giving them a development vector in the direction of inter-organizational and foreign economic chains. Reflexive management of the analytical substantiation of the need for state financial support for commodity producers implementing import substitution programs is required.
