Abstract:

The article is devoted to research methodology of production systems and their innovative growth. Particular attention is paid to the essence, elements, structure and levels of production systems. The author's give their version of the functional approach based on: the interpretation of enterprises as functional complexes; the definition of the production system of the enterprise as their materialized production function; close cooperation of all systems within the complex of enterprise; concept of production system structure as a unity of functional subsystems (blocks). Innovative prospects for the development of production systems of enterprises are connected mainly with the processes of corporatization and cooperation, which results in the creation of integrated production systems with great potential for high-tech growth.
