Abstract:

For the post-Soviet period of transformation of the economic structure, the development model of Kazakhstan has remained essentially unchanged - a resource-export, export-oriented natural resources and products of the initial processing. Therefore, a course has been taken to intensify industrial-innovative development, the transition from resource-export and export-oriented models to a resource-innovative model and in the future - an innovative-technological one. The article discusses the adaptation mechanisms of industrial enterprises in the context of industrial policy. The conducted research allows to conclude that the role of the state in the adaptation of enterprises to new conditions is increasing.
