Abstract:

The necessity of providing innovative susceptibility of the company through the mechanism of management of organizational innovations for the purpose of creation of conditions for increase of efficiency of innovative activity is actualized. A comparative analysis of approaches to determining the composition and content of the factors of innovative susceptibility of the company and their classification was cariied out. The role of certain organizational factors and characteristics of the company in forming the level of its innovative susceptibility is revealed. Highlighted the importance and identified the nature of the effect of innovative corporate culture on the creation of conditions for effective innovation process. Also in the context of factors of an innovative susceptibility of the concepts of a smart space and an innovative community. Conclusions are drawn about the need for managerial influence on three main groups of organizational factors – cultural, structural and market factors – in order to increase the innovative susceptibility of the company, which is one of the main prerequisites for effective innovation and high innovation activity of the company.
