Abstract:

The article deals with the conceptual issues of lean production and the formation of the flow of creating the necessary value for the consumer. The authors show the main stages of lean production creation and the types of wasted costs, the elimination of which is directed to lean production, are described, highlight the features of the principle of "pushing out" production, the most focused on satisfaction of requirements of the consumer are opened. The authors show the features of production of electronic products characterized by a high degree of uncertainty and affecting the organization of the flow in lean manufacturing are presented and systematized. There are five main types of operations of electronic products depending on the type of transfer of the flow of objects of labor, including deterministic operations and operations with a high degree of uncertainty of the final result, which plan the inevitable technological losses and require the creation of insurance and working capital to maintain a given cycle of production.
