Abstract:

The structure of any economic system has a significant impact on the effectiveness of its functioning. The fishery complex of Primorsky Krai is important in providing the population of the region and other regions of the country with fish products. Structural changes in the complex are associated with the reform of the country's economy, as well as the impact of many other factors. The rate of change in the structure of the complex characterize the intensity of transformational effects and prospects for the development of the complex. This article examines the structural changes in the main components of the production structure of the fishery complex of Primorsky Krai, the method of quantitative assessment of the magnitude of structural changes in the fishing industry of the region, the results of its testing on the example of the fishery complex of Primorsky Krai.
