Abstract:

The article deals with the economic and legal aspects of ensuring the serviceability of military aircraft, formulated the prerequisites for the formation and development of its service within the framework of the state defense order. The value of the service organization in the current system of contractual relations is subjective. The suggested project implementation mechanism by the service organization's strategy for the acquisition of the final result. The mathematical formulation of the problem characterizing technical and economic effects achieved by the subjects of mutual relations is formulated. The specificity of the project activity and the export potential of the service product are specified.
