Abstract:

The processes of capitalization of intellectual resources have acquired a qualitatively new content with the development of globalization of the world market. There was a need to find optimization solutions for the development and active use of intellectual resources in the process of accelerating economic development. The article deals with the problems of University management associated with the development of clustering processes of regional economies, discusses new areas of international activities that require professional management influence.
