Abstract:

The relevance of the study is due, on the one hand, to the need to improve the management efficiency of companies that carry out R & D projects, on the other hand, despite the large number of publications devoted to the formation of corporate management systems, the lack of recommendations that take into account the features of innovative projects. The paper studies the features of both individual projects in the field of R & D, and their aggregate in the form of a portfolio of projects. The peculiarities of the formation of the corporate system of management of innovative projects in the field of R & D are considered. The application of the main theoretical provisions of the study is illustrated with the help of a company case that carries out R & D projects in industry. Case describes the prerequisites for implementation of corporate project management, research methodology, the list of problems and recommendations for improvement from the perspective of project management, description of the components of corporate project management systems. The effectiveness of the implementation of elements of the project management system is confirmed by the growth in the efficiency index of the project portfolio.
