Abstract:

The article presents the complex of measures contributing to forming of competitive advantages of regional systems by obtaining the right to use the appellation of products origin (APO) by the organizations that are located in the region. Research takes into account the role of APO in the aggregate of intangible factors that influence the development of the regions; the functions of APO, the process of registration and use of APO.
